Recent research from PC Tools against British citizens shows that 1.5 million people kicking, slamming and hitting their PC when experiencing computer problems.
When a PC or laptop disappointing, 45 percent of those people cursing and swearing out on their computers. More than a quarter slammed the keyboard or mouse and almost a third of shouting and screaming because of frustration.
The results of this study identified that the major source of frustration caused by delays in the program, internet connection and a PC that is too long operated.
Currently, nearly one in ten people waiting more than five minutes just to turn on their computers. If accumulated for those who use computers every day for a year, there were about one day each year people should spend the time to sit and wait for the computer to start.
This is not surprising when one in four people have been experiencing feelings of stress and anxiety as a result of a computer crisis.
Of the researchers from PC Tools Richard Clooke say this is very annoying. Moreover, the Internet now plays an important role in our daily lives. When the PC does not have a good performance then generate a large impact.
Psychologist from the UK Gill Bloxham also commented that the findings are quite surprising. It is necessary to relieve feelings of anger at first to avoid frustration by identifying problems and solutions.
